Refund and Exchange Policy for eBooks

  • All eBook purchases are final. Due to the digital nature of eBooks, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been completed.
  • Incorrect or Duplicate Orders
    Customers are responsible for confirming product details before checkout. We do not offer refunds for accidental, duplicate, or incorrect purchases.
    Please read the Important Points on the checkout page and the E-book Guide given in the top menu before making a purchase to ensure you understand and agree to the terms.
  • Technical Access Issues
    If you encounter problems downloading or opening your eBook within the Redspot App, contact us within 7 days of purchase. Our team will assist with troubleshooting.
    If the eBook file is corrupted or the download link is not functioning, contact us with your order information and we will re-upload the file. Our team will assist with troubleshooting.Technical issues do not make the order eligible for a refund.
  • Platform and Device Requirements
    Our eBooks are designed to work exclusively within the Redspot App on compatible phones and tablets. They do not function on jailbroken or rooted devices, and they cannot be accessed outside the Redspot App.
  • Non-Delivery of Email
    If you have made the payment and do not receive the order completion email, contact us within 2 days with your order information. We will attempt to resolve the matter.
  • Unauthorized Use
    Sharing, distributing, or attempting to extract or resell eBook files is strictly prohibited and voids access support.
  • Customer Support
    For download issues, access problems, or app-related inquiries, contact our support team at info@redspot.com.pk. Assistance will be provided in a timely manner.
